The Human Insight System™ continues to grow through partnerships with professionals who recognize the value of bringing behavioral insight into organizations and institutions.

We collaborate with experienced sales professionals and strategic connectors who are capable of introducing the Human Insight System™ to environments where meaningful impact can occur.

 Human Insight partners help introduce the methodology to organizations, educational institutions, and leadership environments that can benefit from structured behavioral insight.

These partnerships focus on identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and facilitating introductions that lead to formal implementation discussions.

This structure allows partners to maintain full control of their professional schedules and income opportunities while collaborating with SéRah, SéRah Consulting Firm LLC on successful engagements.

Partners are not employees and are free to pursue additional professional activities outside of their work with the Human Insight System™.

 Human Insight partners are compensated through a performance-based commission model.

For each successfully closed contract resulting from a partner’s introduction or direct sales effort, the partner receives:

We seek professionals who:

• Have experience closing high-value contracts or consulting engagements

• Maintain relationships within organizations, institutions, or leadership networks

• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills

• Operate with professionalism and integrity

• Understand how to navigate complex decision-making environments

Inside contacts with access to institutional decision-makers are especially invited.
